On Sunday, Sept. 14, from 8 a.m. to noon, phone services for the City of Kingston and affiliated agencies will undergo a scheduled upgrade. Voicemail and four-digit extensions will not be available. For critical or urgent matters, call 613-546-0000. For all other requests, use mycity.cityofkingston.ca/app/ask.
