Lost and Found

If you've lost an item on one of our vehicles, please give us a call at 613-546-0000 or sign up/log in to MyKingston to easily report a lost item online. 

To help us find your lost item, try to have this information with you when you call: 

  • Four-digit bus number or the buses' scheduled departure time 
  • Route number and destination 
  • Time you lost the item 
  • A clear description of the item  
  • Your daytime contact information 

If we find your item, we will contact you to arrange pick-up.

Found an item on a bus or transit stop? 

Please bring any found items to the attention of the bus operator.
